To ensure a smooth transition, here is everything you need to know about how your data was handled during this upgrade:
📊 Database & Balance Migration
Secure Transition: 100% of your account data, history, and records have been successfully moved to our brand-new, modern database.
Withdrawal & Activity Dates: To sync correctly with the new script framework, the internal dates of your previous withdrawals have been updated to reflect the exact day the migration took place. However, please note that other standard account creation and history dates remain completely unchanged.
💰 Old Pending Payments Policy
If you had a pending withdrawal request from the old system, your money is safe, and we are fully committed to processing it. To prevent system abuse and ensure ecosystem stability, we will clear these old pending payments under the following guidelines:
Account Reactivation: Old pending payments will be processed once the user reactivates their account and remains consistently active on the platform for at least 35 days.
Submit a Support Ticket: Before your payment can be sent, you must open a Support Ticket with the following information:
Your current Corbux Username.
Your preferred New Payment Method (with your correct and updated payment details).
Why is this necessary? If the specific gateway or processor you selected in your legacy request is no longer available in our new system, we need your updated data to send your funds manually through our current options.
