Effective Date: October 2026

Domain: https://corbux.online

Welcome to Corbux.online. Please read, understand, and accept all the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement before registering or using any service. By checking "I accept" or by accessing the website, you agree to be legally bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use Corbux.online.

These Terms of Service apply to all members, users, advertisers, and participants in liquidity pools. Corbux.online acts strictly as an online advertising, micro-tasking, and traffic intermediation platform.

1. GENERAL MEMBERSHIP AND ACCOUNT RULES

  • 1.1. User Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register and use Corbux.online. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. Fraudulent registration by minors may result in immediate account termination.

  • 1.2. Accuracy of Information: Users must provide accurate, complete, and verifiable information during registration. The use of false data, temporary/disposable email addresses, or synthetic identities will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

  • 1.3. One Account per Person / Household / IP: Users are permitted to register only one account per person, household, device, and network connection. Any attempt to create multiple accounts (multi-accounting) to exploit registration bonuses, task systems, or referral programs will result in the permanent termination of all associated accounts and total forfeiture of all balances.

  • 1.4. Account Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your password secure and maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Corbux.online will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access caused by weak passwords, compromised devices, or shared credentials.

  • 1.5. Account Inactivity Policy (180 Days):

    • Members must log in at least once every 180 consecutive days to keep their account in active status.

    • If an account reaches 150 consecutive days of inactivity, an automated email notification will be sent to the registered email address.

    • If the user fails to log in before reaching 180 days of inactivity, the account will be placed in Inactive Status. Unused promotional balances, points, and referral networks may be reset.

    • Main PTC balances and active Staking/Liquidity Pool contracts will be preserved for security up to 365 days, after which unclaimed accounts will be permanently archived. Users may request account reactivation by contacting Support before the 365-day limit.

  • 1.6. Legal Relationship: A member is neither an employee, agent, partner, nor independent contractor of Corbux.online. This Agreement does not create any joint venture, franchise, or employment relationship. Corbux.online acts strictly as an intermediary connection between advertisers, offerwall providers, consumers, and liquidity pool participants.

  • 1.7. Usernames: Displaying usernames deemed inappropriate, vulgar, offensive, discriminatory, or impersonating staff members will result in immediate account restriction or modification.

2. ANTI-CHEAT, AUTOMATION, AND SECURITY POLICY

  • 2.1. Prohibition of Automated Tools: The use of auto-clickers, bots, scripts, macro software, automated browsers, ad-blockers, or any third-party software designed to automate actions, bypass timers, or simulate human activity on Corbux.online is strictly prohibited.

  • 2.2. Network Restrictions (VPN/Proxy/Tor): Accessing Corbux.online via VPNs, proxy servers, Tor nodes, virtual machines, or shared data-center network environments is strictly prohibited for earning activities. Our security system utilizes automated detection tools; any connection flagged as a proxy/VPN will result in an immediate block.

  • 2.3. System Exploits and Vulnerabilities: Any attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit script vulnerabilities, execute SQL injections, manipulate API endpoints, or abuse system bugs will result in immediate permanent account suspension and total forfeiture of funds. Corbux.online reserves the right to pursue digital legal action where applicable.

  • 2.4. Non-Disclosure of Security Data: To protect platform integrity and prevent fraud circumvention, Corbux.online is not obligated to reveal internal forensic logs or technical security mechanics used to identify malicious patterns.

  • 2.5. Emulator Prohibition: The use of Android/iOS emulators (such as BlueStacks, Nox, etc.) or Virtual Machines to complete tasks, downloads, or offers is strictly prohibited unless specifically authorized by an official offerwall provider.

3. ADVERTISER TERMS AND CONTENT RESTRICTIONS

  • 3.1. Prohibited Material: Campaigns published on Corbux.online must not contain pornographic, adult, malicious, illegal, racist, hateful, or highly deceptive content.

  • 3.2. Technical Compliance: Advertisements must not contain frame-breakers, pop-ups, pop-unders, virus triggers, automatic software downloads, or confirmation alerts that disrupt the user experience.

  • 3.3. Campaign Enforcement: Advertisers violating these guidelines will have their campaigns terminated immediately, their advertising credits forfeited, and their accounts permanently suspended without a refund.

  • 3.4. Paid-To-Signup (PTSU) Integrity: Advertisers found falsely denying valid member registrations will forfeit campaign credits. Conversely, members submitting false information or recycled proofs on PTSU tasks will face offer rejection, flagging, and potential task module suspension.

4. USER EARNINGS, MICRO-TASKS, AND REFERRAL SYSTEM

  • 4.1. Earnings Model: User earnings are generated by interacting with advertisements, completing validated offerwall tasks, performing internal micro-tasks, or participating in ad liquidity pools. No earnings are guaranteed without valid activity.

  • 4.2. Referral System: Members may invite direct referrals using their unique affiliate link. Referrals must adhere strictly to Section 1.3 (no household or IP overlap). Depending on active membership tiers, referral commission percentages or rented referral fees apply as specified on the official account page.

  • 4.3. Internal Micro-Tasks & User-Generated Offers:

    • Advertisers: Must review submitted task proofs within the chosen review timeframe. Unreviewed submissions within the deadline will auto-approve in favor of the Worker. Advertisers rejecting a task must provide a clear written explanation.

    • Workers: Must provide valid, genuine proofs. Submitting fake screenshots, recycled proofs, or using multiple accounts to complete the same offer will lead to immediate task disqualification.

    • Disputes: Unfair rejections can be appealed via the Support Ticket System. Malicious rejections by Advertisers will result in account warnings, campaign restrictions, or account termination.

5. CORBUX AD LIQUIDITY POOLS AND STAKING PROGRAM

  • 5.1. Program Scope & Deployment: Corbux.online offers an integrated Ad Liquidity Pool and Staking system (available as an active or gradually deployed module). This program allows members to voluntarily allocate capital to finance the platform’s advertising acquisition, traffic arbitrage, and offerwall liquidity reserves.

  • 5.2. Independent Balances: Capital allocated to Staking and its daily yields are tracked separately in the dedicated Staking Balance. Staking earnings are independent of standard PTC/Offerwall activity quotas and may be withdrawn or reinjected according to module rules.

  • 5.3. Principal Term & Yield Distribution: Yields are generated and credited daily based on the selected plan tier (e.g., Starter, Silver, Gold, VIP). The principal capital remains working during the selected lockup period (30, 90, 180, or 360 days) and is unlocked back to the user’s available balance upon term completion.

  • 5.4. Cap Limit Management: To ensure financial sustainability and prevent platform over-indebtedness, Corbux.online reserves the right to set maximum global monthly limits on capital acceptance for liquidity pools.

  • 5.5. Risk & Liability Disclaimer: Liquidity pool operations are backed by active digital advertising sales, offerwall clearing, and traffic performance. While Corbux.online maintains risk management reserves, yields are subject to commercial advertising market conditions. Corbux.online is an advertising network intermediary and is not a licensed banking institution or regulated investment fund.

6. WITHDRAWALS, QUALIFICATION, AND FINANCIAL CONDITIONS

  • 6.1. Minimum Threshold: The standard base minimum withdrawal threshold is $0.50 USD for supported payment processors (or processor equivalent).

  • 6.2. Fair Account Verification & Bot Protection: To protect system liquidity against automated click-farms and botnets, users must complete a basic human activity threshold prior to their first withdrawal request from the Main Balance (e.g., reaching a minimum of 10 completed offerwall tasks or 100 validated advertisement views).

  • 6.3. No Forced Financial Deposits: Corbux.online does not require mandatory monetary deposits or paid account upgrades as a condition to process valid withdrawal requests from the Main Balance.

  • 6.4. Staking Withdrawals: Withdrawals originating from the Staking/Investment Balance are exempt from task-completion requirements and are processed directly to the user's chosen payment method once minimum payout limits are met.

  • 6.5. Processing Timelines: Validated withdrawal requests are audited and processed within 15 to 20 business days (Monday to Friday). High-value transfers may be subject to a standard 24-to-48-hour security audit.

  • 6.6. Payment Processor Consistency: Payment processor account handles used for withdrawals must belong to the registered account owner. Cryptocurrency transactions (such as Litecoin or USDT) are exempt from email-matching rules. Members are responsible for ensuring their external wallets accept micro-transactions.

  • 6.7. Chargeback & Non-Refundability: All purchases made on Corbux.online (advertising credits, membership upgrades, or liquidity pool allocations) are final and non-refundable. Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute through a payment processor will result in immediate and permanent account termination, with all remaining balances permanently forfeited.

  • 6.8. Taxation Responsibilities: Members are solely responsible for reporting, calculating, and paying any applicable taxes or duties on earnings or withdrawals according to the tax laws of their country of residence.

7. ACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR AND FORUM RULES

  • 7.1. Code of Conduct: Public accusations without evidence, false representation, harassment, extortion, or blatant disrespect directed against Corbux.online, its brand, or its staff members—whether inside the platform’s chat/forum or on external social media networks—will result in the immediate revocation of communication privileges and potential account suspension.

  • 7.2. Dispute Resolution: Members agree to submit any account issues, withdrawal inquiries, or technical disputes directly to Corbux.online Support via the official ticketing system before initiating external public complaints.

8. PRIVACY POLICY AND DATA PROTECTION

  • 8.1. Data Collection: We collect registration details (email, username), connection metadata (IP address, user-agent, device fingerprint), and transaction logs required to process financial requests and prevent system fraud.

  • 8.2. Data Utilization: Collected data is used strictly to administer user sessions, process payments, block multi-accounting networks, and send platform security notifications.

  • 8.3. Third-Party Disclosure: We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to external marketing agencies. Data may only be shared with verified payment processors or legal authorities upon valid legal request. Non-personally identifiable metadata may be shared with offerwall networks for conversion tracking.

  • 8.4. Cookie Usage: Essential cookies are utilized to maintain secure account sessions, track affiliate referrals, and prevent double-clicking exploits. Disabling cookies may cause website features to fail.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND AMENDMENTS

  • 9.1. Force Majeure & Third-Party Actions: Corbux.online shall not be held liable for payout delays, platform downtime, or financial disruptions caused by events outside reasonable control, including third-party offerwall defaults, payment processor account freezing, internet infrastructure failure, cyber-attacks, or regulatory restrictions.

  • 9.2. Service Alterations: Corbux.online reserves the right to modify payout rates, referral commission structures, user limits, and membership perks at any time to preserve the long-term financial stability of the platform.

  • 9.3. Agreement Modifications: Corbux.online reserves the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website following any posted updates constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms.

  • 9.4. Governing Principles: This Agreement is governed by standard international digital commerce principles. Internal dispute resolution will be conducted based on verified database records, server logs, and security tracking data of Corbux.online.
